1 Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member") and wg96 ("Platform", "we", "us") operating under international licensing. These Terms govern the use of the wg96.one website and all services, products and features offered on it.
Each time you log in, make a deposit, place a bet or use any function on the wg96 platform, you are deemed to have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. You also acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this overall agreement.
2 User Eligibility
Use of the wg96 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met by every user without exception:
- Users must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period of platform use.
- Users must be a resident or citizen of Malaysia who is legally entitled to participate in online betting activities.
- Users must not be on any self-exclusion list submitted voluntarily or by order of an authority.
- Users must not be acting as a representative, agent or proxy on behalf of any other individual.
- Users must not hold more than one active account on wg96 at any time.
⚠️ Warning: Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. Should wg96 find that a member registered below the required age, the account will be terminated immediately and all funds including winnings will be forfeited.
3 Registration and Account Management
When registering a new account with wg96, you agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information. Required information includes your full name as per your identification card, MyKad number, active mobile phone number, email address and e-wallet or banking account details for payment purposes.
You are fully responsible for:
- Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with any other party.
- Ensuring your account information is kept up to date and accurate at all times.
- Notifying wg96 promptly via customer support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- Taking full responsibility for all activity that occurs in your account, including bets placed and financial transactions.
wg96 reserves the right at any time to require users to undergo an identity verification process (KYC) by submitting copies of official documents such as MyKad or passport. This process is part of our commitment to security and fraud prevention.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Methods
wg96 provides a range of payment methods suited to users in Malaysia. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), except cryptocurrency transactions which are carried out at the prevailing rate.
Available payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit for each method is RM10.
For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted.
- Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
- wg96 reserves the right to hold or delay any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud or breaches bonus terms until an investigation is completed.
- All withdrawals are subject to applicable wagering requirements before approval.
Note: Funds in your account belong entirely to you once all wagering requirements have been met. wg96 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or standard withdrawals.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
wg96 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the stated wagering requirements and must be fulfilled before any winnings can be withdrawn.
The wg96 welcome bonus is 200% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received. For example:
- Deposit RM100: Bonus RM200. Account balance RM300. Wagering requirement RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
- Deposit RM400: Bonus RM300 (maximum cap). Account balance RM700. Wagering requirement RM300 × 20 = RM6,000.
Additional terms for all bonus types:
- Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only, for one account only.
- Bonuses may not be transferred to another user or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.
- wg96 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice.
- Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being investigated.
6 User Conduct and Responsibilities
wg96 users are required to conduct themselves responsibly and respect all platform rules. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using a false identity or another individual's personal information to register or verify an account.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any third-party technology to manipulate games or odds.
- Conducting transactions related to money laundering, terrorism financing or any illegal activity.
- Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining multiple bonuses or evading bans.
- Spreading false information, defamatory content or obscene material through any wg96 communication channel.
- Misusing the customer support system through unfounded complaints or abuse of trust.
wg96 reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who breaches these rules, including immediate account suspension, membership termination and legal action where necessary.
7 Limitation of Liability
wg96 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:
- Technical disruptions, server downtime or internet connection failures that affect bets or transactions.
- Financial losses arising from betting decisions made by the user.
- Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's negligence in protecting their login information.
- Sudden changes in odds or game availability occurring due to technical or operational reasons.
The wg96 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any guarantee that it will be free from errors, disruptions or defects at all times. We do, however, continually work to ensure the platform runs smoothly and securely.
8 Responsible Gambling
wg96 is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling among all members. We provide a range of tools and resources to help users manage their betting activity.
Responsible gambling tools available on the wg96 platform include the ability to set deposit limits, daily or weekly betting limits, self-exclusion periods, and full self-exclusion from the platform. Users who need additional support can contact our team via live chat or email for assistance.

9 Account Suspension and Termination
wg96 reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to suspend or terminate any user account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any terms in this document or related policies.
- Suspicion of fraud, misconduct, or harmful activity involving the user's account.
- Failure to complete the identity verification process within the specified period.
- A request from the user themselves to voluntarily close the account.
- Instructions from a relevant authority or regulatory body.
If your account is terminated for reasons unrelated to a terms violation, your legitimate account balance will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable period. Conversely, if termination occurs due to a terms violation, wg96 reserves the right to hold the account balance pending the completion of an investigation.
10 Amendments and Updates to Terms
wg96 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately once the latest version is published on this website.
You are responsible for checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the current version. Continued use of the wg96 platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction where wg96 is registered. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate arbitration body.
You acknowledge that use of the wg96 platform may be subject to local laws in your country or region. It is your responsibility to ensure that use of this service does not violate any laws applicable in your area.
